Pesto Pasta

Here’s an easy recipe to make for dinner tonight.

To start, add heavy cream to a saucepan with chicken bouillon till heavy cream starts to boil and a medium to low temperature. This step should last 5-7 min. Once that is complete add your pesto and stir and allow the cream to simmer at a low temperature for 10 min.

While the cream is going place another pot on the stove with water and salt, salt the water like the sea. Once the water is at a rolling boil add your pasta for 8 min. 

Once pasta is cooked, I like my pasta a bit al dente, add it to the pesto sauce and allow to complete. Add whatever veggies/or chicken you’d like.

The Recipe

2 cups of heavy cream

1/2 packet or 1/2 teaspoon of chicken bouillon

1 tbsp any store-bought pesto

1 box of pasta

I added sautéed mushrooms, blistered tomatoes, fresh baby spinach, and grilled chicken.

Finishing Touch

I added sautéed mushrooms, blistered tomatoes, fresh baby spinach, and grilled chicken.

This can also be made into a vegan meal by substituting the heavy cream with coconut cream.
