Chef Lina

Caribbean Pearl Catering is the passion project of professionally trained chef, Lina Grammont. Lina started her career in the finance industry and completely shifted gear as a food truck owner and gradually moved up to full-service catering. After studying at International Culinary Education and stints at some of New York City’s best catering companies and restaurants, Lina started Caribbean Pearl Catering in 2013. Lina has been called a culinary narrator helping her clients tell their stories through food.

Her full-service catering and event planning company has been entrusted with catering events ranging from celebrity clients including The Clinton Foundation to your neighbors backyard. Her work has appeared in publications such as June bug, Long Island Realtor. And, like icing on the cake, Caribbean Pearl Catering, was awarded the 2016 Choice Award for excellence in wedding catering by Wedding Wire.

Her love of craft is shown through in each of her plates.
